The salesclerk was very knowledgeable. I was looking for some of the travel charms that are no longer available at the regular stores. I purchased the London Phone Booth and 2 retired charms. I live in Toronto and do not normally visit the Cookstore Outlet store.

The employees made me feel extremely welcomed and made it very easy to shop during my visit. Anything I wanted to view was no problem at all and they all had great social skills and positive attitudes. They enjoyed their job and it shined through.
