The staff at this location are very aware of customer satisfaction. They ensure that you know about any promotions or sales. They provide feedback and tips on care of the product and safety for your charms (ie. suggesting the purchase of a security chain and guards so that your charms don't move around so much)

Sales Associate was very accommodating. She was patient with me and provided valuable suggestions on which items of charms are more suitable for me. She stayed with me,modeling the jewelries to help me decide which pieces better suited me. I was completely happy and satisfied with my purchases.
