sale associate helped me decide which ring to purchase. always was interested only in silver but ended up purchasing a gold plated ring. started off looking at something totally different than what I purchased due to the sales associate.

I have shopped at the location previously and always have an amazing experience. The associates are always so helpful and take their time with each and every customer that walks in their store. I have shopped at other Pandora locations and many of the associates won't even acknowledge that a customer is in the store which is extremely frustrating when you require assistance from an associate because the product is locked away. At the Cookstown Pandora location they never make me feel like that, they always acknowledge me and help me with ease and I greatly appreciate that.
