Natasha, the person who helped me out was so nice and I could genuinely tell she wanted to help me out. I got three charms and a ring thanks to her helping me find them! Will definitely be back to buy more :)

The staff are beyond amazing. Diana, Teresa, Tatiana, Jackie and Katarina are super! Pandora needs more women like these who are knowledgeable, respectful, professional and most importantly they are genuine in helping you discover a new treasure. Because of these ladies I will drive 1 hour just to make my purchases at their store.

Teresa was phenomenal - she made the buying experience fun. She was attentive and suggestive but not pushy. She was very friendly - but not the fake friendly.

The sales associate I dealt with was very helpful. I enjoyed my shopping experience with her. I have been less satisfied with my interactions at the corporate level, and have been dissatisfied with several on-line experiences, so dealing with her was a real pleasure. I find that this outlet store, which is more than 3 hours from my home, is a far more enjoyable shopping experience than that of many of the regular Pandora stores. There is a Pandora store 20 minutes from my home, in a mall, and I almost never go there because I don't like the experience.

Staff was knowledgeable about the products. They were happy to help and extremely pleasant. Store was attractive and well lit.
