Diana was absolutely excellent. Not only was she just lovely to be around but her brand knowledge was highly impressive. Her product knowledge being impeccable, helped us chose exactly the perfect gifts. One more thing I’d like to add is that I’ve given my bracelet to be cleaned at the Square one location and it came back looking as if nothing had been touched. Diana’s expert knowledge ensured for a thorough and timely clean. I’ve never seen my bracelet shine like this being more than a decade since the first charm was purchased. Thank you Diana, for bringing life back to my tarnished, almost full, Pandora charm bracelet.

The sales rep Diana was extremely knowledgeable and patient with our selection process. We were able to purchase a few more pieces than normal because of the great sale. Only wish there were a few extra larger sizes for the thumb and middle fingers as I have slightly larger fingers than average.

I found our saleclerk Natasha to be very helpful even when I decided on something else in the end. I loved the store at Pandora-Tanger outlet in Cookstown, lots of space to walk around. Found the sales clerk to be very friendly and helpful which made my experience amazing.

The staff was amazing. We were traveling so we may not make it back here but we will highly recommend this location. The ladies had an infectious love of the product!!!
