I was thrilled with the associate Natasha she was very helpful helpful. Went above and beyond to help me find just what I was looking for. Vaughan Mills store didn't have the ring and I had been in three different times to purchase, they didn't have my size and couldn't tell me if or when the soul e have it. Although out of my way this store will be my store of choice, sorry Vaughan Mills you lost me as a customer.

Diana was super friendly, upbeat and as excited about the pieces as I was and I absolutely loved that! She had really good knowledge of some of the older/retired pieces and helped me make decisions to make sure I don’t miss out. We were acknowledged while she was dealing with other customers. And I didn’t feel rushed during our sale and I really appreciate that! Thank you !
