I wasn't able to go into the store because I live very far away, she took the time whenever she could during her busy schedule to answer my inquiries via phone with pictures and provided me with pricing info, which helped a lot with decision making.

The store wasn't busy when I walked in but it got busy as I shopped. Teresa welcomed me right away and told me about the sale today. She was friendly, helpful and very professional. She knows her stuff! A big positive for me (and the reason I spent almost $400) is that Teresa never made me feel rushed or a burden even though the store was getting busy.
