I walked in, wasn’t busy, one other person was being helped, Teresa P NO. 174229, greeted me pleasantly and asked how she may help me and proceeded to do so. Teresa was very knowledgeable and answered all my question. I ended purchasing 3 charms for 2 of my bracelets. Teresa cashed me out with no issues. I have bought 95% of my charms here and will continue to do so as long as I can find the ones I want.

The staff was very welcoming. They let me browse and then when I was ready to start picking out a ring they were very quick to help. They had great product knowledge and were not pushy at all.
