I was shopping at the ost chance Items. And associate ask me if I need help so I said yeah, at the last chance item. That yellow charm. Its my aunt’s favorite color. So she looked at the book and said she found it, asked me to come with her to pay, didn’t even bother to show me the item, didn’t even bother to asked me if I got the right product. So I asked, is that the yellow item i asked? She answered, yes, it’s probably the lighting but it’s the one, and only one there. So Okay, I paid and she packaged, before leavitbe store, I went and glance at the item I wanted, she said again, it’s probably the lighting but it’s the same You pointed at. I don’t like making a scene Because thatnot me, I worked in Customer service for more than 10 years so I know how it feels. But one thing I know for sure, your customer is always right. I know not all instances but If that customer insists, meaning something is off. For Samantha B. No. 172981, sorry but In myself i know I got the different item, still Paid for It but will go to a Different pandora store next time. Thank you.

The salesperson was un approachable. Keeps saying NO to all our inquiries and seems like in a hurry. Not even smiling. Not even mentioning offers like gift sets. My worst experience with Pandora.

The Sales Associate ZACH is very rude and seems racist. He do not even wear a smile and not very happy serving us. Not very helpful with our queries. His tone of voice seems irritated. Does he assumed that simple looking customers can't buy in Pandora?? Is Pandora only appreciates high class people?? We might be not that rich and good lookings but its my daughter's birthday and she specifically told me she wants to buy earrings in pandora as her birthday gift. But unfortunately we are treated like nobody in the store. The face, tone and acknowledgement of this Zach is not very pleasant and very dissapointing.

Walked in looked around without any assistance, I was looking for a gift and stood at the counter and yelled “Can someone please help me?” To the group of assosicates talking in the middle and received help from sales associate, she rolled her eyes as soon as I asked for something and talked over and interrupted me not even letting me finish the question.... I felt very belittled there not knowing what I was looking for, it made me feel as if my presence was not wanted at all... I made a sale but I might go back to return it tomorrow because that was just so horrible... I am unaware of ring sizes, and when I asked what sizes there were she seemed annoyed... it made the whole experience so awkward and horrible never again...

I visited the store to complete a return for an item I received and had a gift receipt for. The associate assisting me, I believe who was the assistant store manager, Charity, was extremely rude and abrupt. I have never experienced such awful service for a simple gift return. I would never recommend or return to this location and will be sure to write a review on the awful service I received.

The first lady that approach us gave me to the other lady named “yunting” because she needs to accommodate the other customer in the telephone(i think she is the manager) then yunting assisst us in choosing the bracelet. When I was paying thebracelet she gave it to me for free and I was wondering how come she gave it to me as a free item. Because she thought it was a return item. As a honest customer I return to the store and pay for the item. As I come home to see the bracelet if it nice, I was so dissapointed because she gave me the ugliest bracelet that is full of scratches. If you were me and you will give this as a present you are expecting the nice gift to give. I was so patient yesterday and I was so nice to her. Please give a response to this. I am 1 of your millions customer and you don’t want to lose your customer, so please give attention to this. Thank you

I have been constantly purchasing in Pandora for the past four years, and I spend a huge amount of money each time. The store manager in West Edmonton Mall is ridiculously rude, making me don't want to visit pandora ever again, especially the West Edmonton mall location. Pandora is such a high end brand, how could you tolerate such a mean staff, and especially she is a manager? I AM SO DISAPPOINTED!
