Pandora Jewelry

The store was small. Moving through the the store while there are other customers can be difficult. Customers who were also looking at merchandise were blocking the view of items from other customers.

I felt the merchandise was quite expensive as related to the product. In comparison to other types of jewelry, I feel the pandora line of jewelry is overpriced. I am happy with the rings I purchased but feel I could have purchases similar rings elsewhere for less.

There are a lot of options and it would have been helpful if the salesperson gave a little overview generally of prices for various options like this much for basic charm, stones are more, or gold is so much, etc. I was there on Valentines day and there were a few items that were sold out. I would like to see the descriptions that go with the charms displayed along with them.

I brought my children(14 & 12) so they could purchase a Christmas present for me. They had it picked out while they were waiting in line. I told the sales associate that they were going to pick the items and I would be paying and I would wait outside the store until they were done and I needed to pay. The associate not only said what the items were twice but actually told me what they had picked out. I was astonished as I have done this for multiple years and have never encountered a problem prior and the previous associates were very conscientious about keeping the items ‘secret’. I played it off as I didn’t hear but I am quite disappointed.

Sales person was not experienced, looked confused when asked a question. Did not pull trays out to show different charms. Had to show her what I was looking for in the Pandora book.

I was satisfied, but in a rush and the salesperson was a bit insistent

pandora offers a wide variety of designs and charms based on your mood. Staff are friendly and willing to give every details and knowledge they could offer for customer's satisfaction.

The store is always too crowded & it is not obvious where the different products are

Just the size selection problem, rest of all good.
