The store, the sales personnel are so inviting.

It was the Friday before Valentine's Day, but I was till able to speak to an associate very quickly, and they were friendly and knowledgeable. They knew exactly where to find my desired charm, what the current promotions were and took the time to beautifully gift wrap my charm! Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Esmerelda S. at the West Edmonton Mall location was highly knowledgable and friendly to my mother and I. She was patient and helped us pick three items that my mother loved.
