First of all....I really wanted to buy pandora bracelet as I've seen in the mall....all your merchandise are very beautiful...the thing that I like in your bracelet is that....you can select the charms, it's so amazing, I will go back for sure for months, I will save money to buy more charms....and the associate Yunting Z is very friendly, she is the one who approach us....she help me select and show me the brochure, I will look for her next time I go back in west Edmonton mall..

The salesperson Esmeralda was super friendly and knew her product perfectly where she could make excellent suggestions. She also knew what items were discontinued. She was always willing to help and so patient. She spent lots of time with helping my mom pick out charms for her bracelet. I ended up buying a few things for myself.
