Good quality

I purchase 2 charms and a bracelet for a friend's birthday. The bracelet was small for her, therefore I went back to the store today to see if I could return the bracelet for a larger size

The manager who assist me is so friendly and approachable.

What made my experience a highly satisfying one might mainly be due to the sales lady who assisted! She was very knowledgable of the jewelry I was interested in, and didn't show annoyance whatsoever with me even though I was somewhat very indecisive. I really appreciated that especially because I suffer from anxiety and depression! I mumbled and said sorry maybe a little too much, but she was completely understanding. Plus she beautifully gift wrapped one of my purchases for a friend! 10/10

The store manager served me and was unbelievable! She was enthusiastic and fun! Cant wait to return to see more new products

I am okay with the experience today. But one girl in store called charity always staring at us, which makes us very uncomfortable and unhappy at all! And her eyes were really rude and not friendly. I do not want to come to this store ever again! Never!
