She truly cared about helping us and finding the right piece of jewelry for our daughter, who was with us that day. She made it a fantastic experience for all of us. I called the store and shared this with the store manager, and I wanted to write in and share this too because employees like that should be rewarded for their fantastic service. I manage a staff of sales people across Central Alberta, and Esmeralda has exactly the type of qualities that I would be looking for when hiring. Make sure you hang on to her, she's fantastic.
