Pandora Jewelry

My 2 daughters were gifted pandora bracelets and a charm which we ordered from the UK. 1 wasn’t right so we went into the store in Kelowna to exchange for a different 1. The ladies there were so helpful in assisting my daughter to choose an alternative. We didn’t feel rushed and were given lots of time to chose

Greeted immediately upon entry to the store. Clerk was friendly & offered assistance right away. Sale completed in a timely manner.

I went to pandora today to purchase a charm for my wife’s necklace and the sales associate meg informed me that there was a sale going on. I purchased a charm bracelet and two charms for my wife and she helped me to make to get the greatest value for the sale. She knew off the too of her head what was in stock and where it was. I was very impressed.

Meg helped me last week to pick out charms for my nieces birthday. She was very sweet and knowledgeable. I gave her a few details of my nieces interests and she was quick to give excellent recommendations. My niece was thrilled with the charms that meg had picked out for me

When I called to place a order, the sales woman was very pleasant and answered all my questions and told me that they have a sale where you buy two items and the third item or the least expensive item is free. Then when I went to pick up my order Meg was also very helpful and offered a gift receipt just incase the bracelet was the wrong size. And she was very pleasant and knowledgeable as well. Great store and great people!

I really like the jewelry designs. However this purchase was to replace the very same pandora ring that my daughter lost, she really missed it! Sales associate was very efficient and helpful! I’ll be back later in the year to replace the pandora ring that I have also lost! I seem to like everything in the store!!

Service given was quick and manager attended to the sales clerk regarding my email gift card. I had explained previously I had alot of issues with my daughter-in-laws charms which I had bought along with a bracelet to start her on her own charms as she loved my bracelet. I had returned the charms to the US and was given a gift cert. Although one of the charms has been in retirement. I had to purchases another one which I am ok with although I would have preferred the crescent moon dangle. Sue Cseh

All sales personnel were willing to help when I entered the Pandora store in Kelowna, great team work! One of the sales associates (Joan) was very helpful, knowledgeable & friendly. Customer service was amazing as they all pitched in to help Joan with my search for a specific jewelry item! I was fully satisfied with my beautiful purchase.
