I visited on 3 different occasions since the Boxing Day sale started - many items are out of stock, long waits for service & no way of tracking who has been waiting the longest. I would suggest a number system for events like this - I waited as 3 different customers just walked in got service while I &a other customers had been waiting over 20 - 30 minutes.

wanted to exchange a charm I received as a gift because I had duplicate of that charm but had no receipt.. And then when they looked on my account on the ipad there were only the last 2 items my husband purchased for me . Yet I have 5 bracelets 40+ charms 6 pairs of earrings… 3 necklaces and 10+ rings.. plus I have purchased gifts for my daughters and daughter in laws. Yet I was told because there was nothing on the ipad and no receipt I could not exchange the charm for another. Very disappointed

I went to pandora Kelowna, I knew exactly what I was there for, I asked the sales girl, she pulled it out I had to ask her questions, she never offered any input , Nothing, especially when there was a buy 2 get 1 free sale , she never asked me if I wanted to purchase anything else Pretty Dry Girl, No emotions, no smile Too bad I was a loyal shopper in Coquitlam Kelowna is far too serious

I had completed a previous survey to redeem for $10 off my next 100$ purchase but the code for redemption was not recognized. So I had to pay full price.

They need to have a better system for people waiting to be served.

The staff member Luz Elena was very rude and not helpful at all. Not a single staff member smiled or apologized after there was a missunderstanding during the transaction. The manager did her job and fixed the situation but I was very disappointed with how she treated us mainly since I work in the same mall as a barber and will not be recommending pandora to any of my clients because of the way the situation was dealt with by the staff. I would greatly appreciate an apology from the business.
