Pandora Jewelry

When looking online I saw the exact same item I purchased on sale for 15$ cheaper on amazon :( I was under the impression your items were exclusive to pandora. I just purchased this bracelet for the first time and charms and I thought they were genuine pandora charms. I don’t know why I thought this but I didn’t expect to see it on amazon.

Sales associate was pretty nice.

I wasn't highly satisfied because I wasn't able to get what I had originally was looking for. I had gone in for a specific safety chain for my charm bracelet, the sales associate was very helpful but couldn't find what I was looking for.

I have in to get letters g h and s and k however they only had k and s. Which was sad because these gifts were going overseas and i wont be able to give them until October now. I wish they had more stock and more variety i always needed a canadian flag and 8 india flags but they didnt have the indian flag odd but the person helping us was so nice and gave us alot of alternative options

The store was nice and quiet when we were in so we had great service

I had gone to this pandora and made a purchase during their black Friday deal so it is understandable that the service was not the best. However, with events like these, it would be nice to have a system that would make the flow of the store easier

Pandora charms are very nice, but i find that the what you see on line, or in catologues is not redily available in the store.

The store was a little crowded. Sales person was a bit rushed.

The sales associate Joan didn't really help me a lot and was not that friendly in helping me purchase something.

The associate could not find several of the charms that I was looking for and the ones that she did find took several minutes each. There seemed to be no logical organization of charms or the associate was just unfamiliar
