sales associates were very accommodating and patient. they asked what i was looking for and went and looked for items that they felt were a good fit, they also included some personal opinions which further helped my purchase. everything was clean and tidy and well organized

I wasn't sure what I wanted to buy for a gift with the price range I was willing to spend. The clerk suggested a few things and I was able to get a nice piece of jewelry in my price range.

I had a chain break and was very pleased with the response I received from my sales associate.

I love the product. I always get great customer service. I usually buy more than I even had planned when coming to the story; very deadly for me :)

My sales associate Marina is extremely knowledgeable in regards to the products available in store. Marina was very friendly. I will definitely return to the Kelowna store and have Marina serve me again, I have her my wish list of products I am very interested in purchasing in the near future

Very nice with high quality

I really liked the sales lady I had today at the Pandora Kelowna, BC store - her name is Marina. She was super friendly and quite helpful. The one thing she could not help me with is finding the "Darling Daisy" ring - the white enamel single daisy. Has Pandora discontinued it? I'm assuming so because I can't find it on the website anymore, and Marina could not find it in the stock in Kelowna. I'm really disappointed as I would have liked to buy that ring. That said, I was able to get two delightful rings today - the "Forget Me Not" and the "Wishbone" AND I was also able to pick up the blue snowflake charm which I tried to get at Christmastime to no avail. So I left there a pretty happy shopper in the end :)

Customer service is excellent and friendly.

Sales associate was awesome. I described the ring I bought last Valentine's and right away she found the matching necklace.
