I exchanged a bangle bracelet as the end bobble kept falling off. Joan was excellent in assisting me and very accommodating. She also assisted in helping me to pick out 3 new charms for my bracelet that I plan to pick up tomorrow. I was delighted with the service Joan gave me.

I had already picked out what I wanted online. Showing the sales staff the charms I was looking for made it easier than trying to find them in your display cases. Friendly staff

This was our first visit to this store and we were very impressed with amount of items to choose from. Sales associate was very helpful in providing choices for our purchase. Completion of sale was conducted very professionally and very satisfied with how our purchase was packaged for us.

The atmosphere of the store was very calm and welcoming. I very much enjoyed the customer service I received there, I've always gotten good customer service at this location. Everything is so well-kept and polished in the store and overall the store has a great aesthetic and is appealing to the customers.

The worker (manager I think) looked very hard for the ring in the size we were looking for. She couldn't find one of them but she special ordered it at no charge which was great. Store was very nice and there were enough workers to help.
