I was in a huge rush,but I was greeted and helped quite quickly. I was happy with joins help,as I couldn't figure out how to open my new bracelet. She then talked me into a safety latch for my bracelet. It was quick and easy.

Pandora in Kelowna is always neat and welcoming to enter. The staff are always asking for assistance and very friendly and knowledgeable. It is always fast and easy to purchase here.

I was approached immediately so I didn't waste any of my time. The sale associate was very helpful and accommodating. When something wasn't available she suggested reasonable options. It was an overall pleasant experience and this is coming form someone that doesn't like to shop.

Even though there was a long line because of the Black Friday, people were still accommodating and made the customers purchase what they wanted :)

Joan, the sales associate that help me is really accomodating and knowledgable, the only problem is the new product that was offer has a limited stock, i really want the pair of blue moon and cherry design but its only 1pc wc is i dont like i want both the same design.

Associate was friendly and helpful. If he didn’t know the answer, he found out the answer for me. He ordered an item into the store for me when it was not available.

The sales personnel are very nice. I like the prices of the merchandise and the recommendation of a sale. Was very helpful with picking out our merchandise

Lately the company has been releasing more Disney selection, which I am incredibly happy about. The more Disney charms you release, the more I buy! A little birdie also told me that a Harry Potter collection is coming out soon as well, and I cannot wait! As for my local Pandora, I simply love being there. The staff are incredibly friendly and every time I visit the mall I stop in to chat even if I don't purchase anything (which I usually do...) and they are just lovely.
