Manager, Vania was so welcoming. Vania acknowledged me right away even though she was wrapping/cleaning up likely from a previous customer. Very knowledgeable and overall professional - these are qualities no longer seen in retail. So, it's very refreshing to see the pride she displayed in how she represents her employer. I can see why Vania is a Manager - she leads by example and is right in there helping customers as the store was busy and most importantly, she did it with a smile.

Loved this experience! It was my first in-store experience and both Lisa and this location manager were a pleasure to speak with. Lisa gave us so much amazing advice and I hope to see her again when I visit. She’s the best! Your store manager at this location is incredible too, and I hope she starts a YouTube channel or Tiktok profile to share her Pandora tips through. They’re both incredible at styling these bracelets!

She is very well knowledged and provided all the information I needed to make a well informed decision. Lisa took her time and answered all my questions/concerns. Highly recommend to ask for Lisa at Pandora Fairview mall to help you. I'm so happy with the service, and I can't wait to come back to pick out my next piece!! 10/10
