I came to the store with my 7 year old boy looking for a sentimental piece and knew it would be challenging. Both ladies were so kind, patient and very helpful. I am a very indecisive person and they gave me lots of options and had great opinions. My son was getting impatient and they did such a great job at distracting him and staying patient with me. Experiences like this are hard to come by sometimes. Very pleased and will return.

I am so impressed with this Pandora store in Cambridge. I have been buying Pandora for over 15 years and a lot in Australia. The staff at this store have been outstanding and Cassie in particular was just the best and I ended up buying two items instead of the one I went for. I would have bought more if I could afford it.Cassie had kept 2 rings on hold for me as I was waiting to get the ring size of my granddaughter. This was so kind and I will try and use this as my main Pandora store. I have bought a lot of Pandora Jewellry and it is my main gift I buy for others . This is the first time I have been asked to fill out a survey and receive $ 10.00. Another outstanding idea. Shopping at this Pandora was a pleasant time and well worth the drive from Brantford. Because the salesperson (Layla) who assisted me was incredibly kind, sweet, hilarious, and helpful. She was also completely honest with us, which made me feel very at comfortable. She has a wonderful sense of style and gives me some samples of items that go well together.
