The clerk was dismissive of me & what I wanted to see & refused to believe that the Pandora Wish List sent me BY Pandora for my granddaughter was a legitimate Pandora Wish List despite me showing it to her. She told me "Pandora doesn't do that." She turned her nose up & objected to showing me all the charms I wanted to see -- too many as far as she was concerned. She showed me 2. If I hadn't needed the charm asap, I would have walked out & would have gone to your Kitchener store where they are always respectful & helpful. Unfortunately, time did not allow me to do that. When I decided on a charm, she picked out an incorrect charm & didn't realize she'd made a mistake until the wrong price came up on her display. She wasn't even going to put the charm properly in one of your Pandora bags when I asked her not to seal the box because someone else needed to see it & I didn't want the seal damaged. Instead she attempted to give me all the bits & pieces & tell me to put it together myself at home. My daughters were furious when I related my experience to them & both said she wouldn't have gotten away with how she treated me if they'd been there.
