I feel they should have had more registers and persons available on black Friday, this could have been managed better. I was in line for about 15-20 minutes. I did find that it was hard to look around the store things could have been organized better like a cards section at hallmark or The Bay with sections for: love, family sports & hobbies, etc. There was some sections like Disney and NEW but then there would be just miscellaneous ones with no theme together I do find Pandora to be pricey, to be honest I shop at other jewellers but my mother- in- law has a Pandora so that's why I went there to get her Christmas gift

Did not get greeted when we entered the store. We were there to buy gifts but maybe because of our appearance they did not want to serve us? They eventually help us when we approached them.

It was a very friendly environment, but they didn’t have the ring i wanted in my size.

Assistant is so kind but she touched my items with her hands directly. I want to get untouched items. And, I wanted a new ring but I didn't have it because new product sold out as son as it was released.

My original sales associate Nicole was beyond phenomenal helping me out and being very patient with me while making my choices, I then put the products on hold to purchase at a later date. On my next visit I was helped by Carly who treated me very poorly, lying to me and also refusing to give me packaging that I would normally get. I had never been treated so horribly at any retail store before. This was only remedied after the involvement of the owner and manager of the store. On my last visit after being in contact with the manager, Carly was also present that day and glared at me while I entered the store and made me feel threatened even though I did nothing wrong. This to me is very poor customer service because even though I enjoy the product I would not tolerate this kind of behaviour again.

I found this particular store had very poor customer service. the sales rep did not seem to want to assist me. She seemed to be unengaged, not friendly,the music was too loud and she spoke very quietly, I had to keep asking her to speak up. I told her right off I was looking for a bracelet, and looking for leather. She said they do not have leather any longer, the bracelet I looked at she did not want to take out of the show case. the other bracelet I wanted to look at she did not offier to show me, I had to ask, the price she quoted was incorrect. She ran through my card and told me after the price was higher and asked if I still wanted it after she put through the charge. Did not provide a warranty card and did not put my information in your system. Would not recommend this store no will I shop there again.

Had purchased a ring from the Boxing Day sales. The original sales associate Abbey M, told me it was an option to wear the ring out the store. I was not told once I wear it out it becomes final sale. Nowhere is this stated on your receipt either. The next day I had come back to return because it had become a little uncomfortable to wear. The sales associate was very rude to me and told me it could not be returned. I asked to see other rings for regular purchase and she rudely informed they do not have my size in stock anymore.

i purchased a bracelet'which was on sale and on display it says $35.I was really happy that this bracelet is in my budget.I buy one more item,took my receiept and went out from the store. Suddenly, i had a look on my bill'which was charged so much.I went back to the store to know why they charge me alot?The sales representatives checked the price of the bracelet and said that this bracelet is $71.99 (and this is what they charged me).I went shocked and told them that its there fault'they put the bracelet on a wrong spot 'as the price tag says $35.'and i need this for $35.The manager of the store came in and said NO WE CAN't DO THAT'WE ARE BUSY SOMETIMES AND THIS HAPPENES.This made me more upset cz instead of apologising the customer'or giving any rebate'she litteraly showed me the negative attitude' I even ask them for little discount'but they denied.iam a regular customer for pandora since 8years.Whole situation made me soo much upset that i donot want to visit to this place ever now

I purchased a ring that was too big and fell off my finger. Upon request to return the ring I received extremely rude service and was not able to return my item, even though it hadn’t been worn. I will no longer be shopping at Pandora because of this experience.

The sales associate did not acknowledge me when I came in to the store. She saw me come in but did not say a greeting and did not ask me if I needed help (which I did). I stood in front of her for a good minute and she just talked to her coworker instead of asking me if she could help me. It was only after she realized that I wasn't going to leave that she asked me if she could help me and even when she asked, it wasn't in a polote manner. She asked as if she assumed I was not going to purchase anything and that I would just waste her time. When I asked her to show me the bracelets that were on sale, she pointed them out to me in the catalogue but she was very monotone and did not seem to be happy about serving me. As well, while she was showing me the items in the catalogue, she was having a mini conversation with another customer. I got a very strong feeling that she was not happy about serving me and this is the first time I have ever experienced an associate treat me like this at a Pandora store so I was extremely upset.
