The sales person was knowledgable about the product and helped by making suggestions. She was very nice and did not rush me.

I was looking for a charm that had a purple colour and options were limited. Availability of friendship charms was also limited. Staff were very friendly .

It was a regular visit, the lady was nice and friendly, although she couldn't figure out the price of a charm I was looking at, but overall she showed me alternatives and all was good after all.

sometimes I have a problem trying to explain to staff about very new or exclusive items I am looking for. They haven't heard of it, yet. That can be frustrating if the item I'm looking for is a limited edition, or only available in concept stores. I DISLIKE MISSING AN OPPORTUNITY TO OWN AN EXCLUSIVE, or limited charm.

The exact clip I wanted was not available. It was very busy, although in fairness it was the day after Boxing day. Staff were under pressure to clear the waiting line up.
