I love all of my Pandora and I'm even happier when there is a promotion and I get more for my money.

I was looking for charms that can go on my bracelet and matching earrings for pendent I bought from other store. I got very good selections.

The sales associate was very helpful and friendly. Answered all my questions and I didn't feel rushed to finish my purchase. Was just looking for a gift idea for my daughter but ended up buying because of the sale and the associate.

The sales associates had excellent knowledge of the products and the products were lovely. Had to order one item as not in stock but that was fine with me!!!

The associate was very knowledgeable and showed me the Chinese charms abs explained what they meant.

I WAS NOT HIGHLY SATISFIED WITH MY PANDORA EXPERIENCE. I WAS ONLY SATISFIED. THE STORE NAVIGATION IS POOR AND TOO CLUSTERED. I BELIEVE ONLINE WOULD BE BETTER.
