The procedures put in place to help customers without being too close was very good. I wish I could have browsed a bit more, but luckily I had a catalogue with me and already knew what I wanted.

It was my first time in the store and it felt so amazing. Jenny was very welcoming and spent her time showing me everything about the bracelets and charms. She did not rush me at all as I took some time deciding on which charm to buy for my friends birthday. Overall, visiting the store I got to love the products and the sentimental meaning behind the charms. I will be purchasing a bracelet soon for myself.
