The speed and efficiency. They got through that line lickety split. They also had the product I was looking for. I have been on a waiting list for a call back from 2 other stores with no actual follow up. They are amazing at this location.

The customer service starts from acknowledging the needs of your customers, there was capacity limits and long line ups due to Christmas shopping, they adjusted and came out to the line to ask us what we wanted. Some people shopped, paid and processed order without even entering the store. I was amazed and how quickly I was helped. I had mentally prepared myself for a long wait. This was amazing. I will be shopping at this location going forward.
