Associates were friendly and professional. The only problem was that there was not many variety to choose from for my locket and my charm bracelet.

The store associate was very pleasant and helpful. I felt safe and the store smelled clean when I entered. I was not rushed into purchasing anything but given opportunity to decide what I wanted.

I was able to find the bracelet of my choice and it was the correct size. Also, it was cheaper then expected.

This was my first experience in the Pandora store and she was very knowledgeable. She did not get frustrated when i could not make up my mind.
