For starters, the staff there was amazing. They sized my finger to help me get a better understanding on what size my finger was. Found me the perfect ring. And even took time to fit my for a bracelet!!

I was highly satisfied with my overall experience. When I entered the store I was greeted and ask for assistance right away. I showed associate what I was looking for and she got my items right away.

I love pandora ,The young lady taking care of my purchase was amazing yet her manager was rude unprofessional as I asked to see a bracelet for my granddaughter she said oh that won't fit her yet she knew nothing of age or person who I was purchasing my gift for I said thank you it shall and she continued to mock me as I spoke with the young lady who was assisting my purchase..I ignored manager's comments and purchased my gift and left . I enjoyed my purchase
