THE SALES PERSON (JOHNATHAN) WASN'T INTERESTED IN MY SERVICE IN THE BEGINNING UNTIL I ASK HIM A QUESTION BUT EVENTUALLY HE CAME AROUND THEN BEGIN TO TALK MORE & ASSIST MORE. I THOUGHT I WAS BOTHERING HIM BECAUSE OF THE ITEMS I WAS SEARCH FOR.BUT OTHER THEN THAT JOHNATHAN BECAME MORE FRIENDLY & GIVEN ME GREAT SERVICE AND I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THAT.

Jonathan was attentive, and patient. He also suggested an additional charm to my purchase that I wasn't originally going to purchase. As a sales manager in retail these are qualities I look to instill in my associates!! Awesome Job!!!

The assortment of charms was perfect. I came in for a specific piece, and the sales associate also showed me bracelets that were on sale and beautiful for me and my daughter.
