The store basically had no inventory. I understand our current situation but I went in to shop for a gift. The only reason I went inside the store was your current offer of a free charm with bracelet purchase was not honored online. If your stores have no inventory then your specials should be honored online.

Friendly staff and nice products. Very nice store and convenient to get to. Gave good options when the selection was very limited. Looked for something specific and tried to get me what i was looking for.

I was nightly satisfied with sales person Bridget , the size small was not available Bridget fastened bracelet to chain to make to make longer. I would like to have longer with our using bracelet , as in doesn't stay in place . Store didn't not have medium or small " O " charm , I have small but would like to have medium. Customer service was very good , store clean. Over priced for what I got.

Highly satisfied means perfection, so that is why this was not given that score. The store was clean, and a much better visit than when I came in for the Mother's Day promotion that was being ran 5-4, I was able to move in with ease and around the store. It just seemed as there were not a lot of charms to select from based on what I was looking for, so I settled. My representative was nice and helpful.

There were many items that I wanted that were not available. A sales assoc took the ipad that had my order and everything had to be reentered which took more time. It seems that there are issues with the ipads every time I am in there which causes delays on getting out of the store.

Very difficult to navigate and communicate at this location when I visited, Christmas shopping is always hectic, associates tried their best , no ones fault.
