There was a line of myself and another customer waiting to get in the store, and instead of waiting outside with your customers, two store associtates were leaned up on the glass chatting instead of assisting the customers. There were only 2 customers in the store being assisted at that time. Finally after one of the associates saw us staring at them she came outside and got the lady in front of me to help her. I am in customer service and if this was my employee I would not be happy with their performance. This is also why I try not to go in the store and just buy what I want online however the store had what I needed but was sold out online.

The service was great. Very good selection of products. Quickly found what we were looking for.

All the charms were not easily accessible in the store due to COVID which made it hard to shop

Prices a little too high

The lady was not familiar with the piece I requested although it was in stock. She was slow in processing checkout

Didn't have the charm I wanted to purchase. It takes forever to complete your purchases and check out.

Probably because I had a bad encounter on last visit; left a bad taste in my mouth as the saying goes.

I was satisfied

I came in looking for a particular item the sales associate wasn't familiar with it & I took intrest in another Item but instead of bringing it closer so I can see it better they left it right where it was where another customer was being helped
