Associate dropped my charms on the floor after taking my bracelet off.

Everything was just ok. In the past of shopping at Pandora everything was much better faster and friendlier.

Sales associate was very nice but obviously new. She had to ask for assistance several times. She even left open trays of charms unattended on the counter while completing other tasks.

I didn’t mention that I was dissatisfied.

I was not satisfied with not getting a bag or ring case when I had asked for my ring to be bagged. I had also asked for an emailed receipt which I didn’t ever get. I was somewhat rushed but I got what I had went in for although they gave me the wrong size ring so I will be going in to exchange it if possible.

They only had my ring selection in Rose Gold in store. So I just picked another ring. But she did say she could order it.

Had to wait quite awhile in line to enter store, while waiting in line I was given information on pulling a catalog up online which I was unable to find what I wanted in and then felt rushed somewhat during my visit.

Would like to see Snoopy charms. You have Mickie Mouse but Snoopy is an icon as well. Also need doplins or even rose charms. The charms are for ladies so who doesn't like roses?

They did not have the bracelet set I was looking for but had everything to make a set at a much higher price
