I entered the store and two customers entered after me. They were assisted before I was. The store was not packed....one customer was being waited on and one was making payment.

Found out there is no Pandora Holiday Ornament this year! Very disappointed with this as I have every one since the beginning and my own Pandora tree. Sad,sad sad...

First assistant was in training first day did know how to sell anything yet. Then manger took over was very happy

I wish there were more options for the clips and reasonable prices so customers would be encouraged to buy more and return more often to the store.

I bought my daughter a ring for Christmas in 2020. It broke and had to return it. The replacement broke within a few months so now we are on our 3rd one. I bought her another one for Christmas 2021. 3 stones had fallen out by February and had to take back to be replaced. We are over an hour away from a Pandora store. I am not happy with the quality and having to continue to return the rings for breaking and the stones falling out within a matter of months.

The store front was blocked off. Even though there was an associate there at the front, we were not initally greeted or acknowledged. We had to ask if we could come in, after standing there for quite some time. The store was very small and hard to navigate. People who were not buying were clogging the walkway. One family had like 9 people with them. The other had 5 and one was in a wheelchair. If they are concerned off keeping distance and allowing a certain number of people in, they should be more selective. The associate was slow and all over the place with trying to find things, not very knowledgeable either. I was really dissatisfied with the selection of charms.

Wait was too long. There was no organization to be able to browse while waiting for rep. Couldn't walk around because there was no way to save spot.

The associate was very sweet. my experience was good. There was a line but I guess that is a good thing because it did provide more freedom to move around the store.
