I was looking for a charm to remember a miscarriage. I had a charm in mind which the associate found right away, but it was not what I thought it would be. She quickly pulls out a few more and found the perfect one which I was very pleased with and had not seen while I had been searching online. She had trouble finding the price because the page was in the wrong place in the catalog but she handled it well.
