Bright clean store, friendly staff, handled rush of Christmas shoppers well.

I had to do an exchange. It was busy due to the holiday season but the store manager and sales associate were very helpful. The iPad froze while running my credit but the store manager was apologetic and helped resolved the issues.

I was highly satisfied with the help I had received. I went into the store, they immediately asked my name to put on a list to talk to an associate. Within 5 minutes, I was placed with a sales associate to try on the ring I was looking at. They had my size readily available and I got it that same moment. It was a speedy, accurate process and I love the ring!

Love the folks at the Pandora Store at the West Town Mall, even as crowded, wall to wall crowded they were friendly and fast and helpful. Honestly you could have used another clerk or two but I am not sure where they would have worked at. Everything was neat and clean and the sales clerks can answer just about anything you ask and make excellent recommendations.

Sales staff is always friendly, wait time is minimal. The merchandise selection is always great.

I've always liked Pandora , and the only thing I wish we could get college teams charms.
