I was given a Pandora bracelet with a charm for Christmas from your store and my bracelet was too big. I returned it for an exchange of a bracelet smaller to fit my arm. The clerk was professional and very informative. I tried on another just like the one I brought in and exchanged and had the charm switched to the bracelet that fit. I also was given a warranty.
