The sales associate was very friendly and very patient. She knew what I was looking for when I explained what I was looking for. She was very helpful in knowing what I was looking for when I come in to create a new bracelet.

I went to the store to have my bracelet cleaned. I also bought a bracelet for my daughter. The representative was very nice in helping get the right size bracelet and charms for her bracelet.

When I walk into the store I’m always welcomed. A few of the sales associates know me by name. In the past I walked out of the store without my complete order. The sales associate called me before I left the mall in order to make sure that I had everything that I needed.

As always my visit to the Pandora store located in west town mall in Knoxville Tennessee was a pleasure. Today Leigh Ann and Deanna assisted me. I've worked with Deanna several times and she not only knows the product she's selling but she knows me as a customer. She remembers what types of charms I like and quickly points out news ones that will go along with previous themes and charms I've purchases. This was my first time dealing with Leigh Ann and I must say she knows the product and I'm sure she will be a pleasure to work with in my future visits. Big kuddos to both ladies as well as all the staff at this location. They are all superior.
