My husband purchased a necklace for me and a stone had fallen out. I returned the necklace to the store and Emily at the the West Town Store in Knoxville Tennessee was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She made the process very easy to exchange for a replacement. I was so excited because this was my first pandora necklace.

The sales associates were so patient with me while I tried on a ridiculous number of rings to find out which ones I wanted to stack. I’m super picky but they were so sweet and accomodating!

I am always highly satisfied when I visit the Pandora Store in West Town Mall. The promotion was over, but as I was walking by, I went in to speak to Bridget. A few new things had come in that I was interested in!
