The sales person was very efficient in listening to what I was looking to buy and solved the minor issue that arrived, when I had not presented the new card which I have yet to receive. She was at most respectful and actually apologized in behalf of Pandora.

New products and great sales person

Love the products and the sales staff was awesome!

My Husband came the day before the sale and the sales associate was able to hold the items and he went back the next morning and picked the items up. We both went back at night and had the bracelet exchanged because it was too big. We also bought 2 more charms and the cleaning kit. The sales associate also told us about the pandora credit card. So we signed up and the transactions went smoothly. What a pleasure to come to a store and receive great customer service. Thank you.

I loved the atmosphere of the store. The woman who helped me find a ring was very nice and attentive. I loved the ring choices. I will be back for sure.
