Amanda and Kendahl took the time to see what was wrong with the bracelet I had purchased my wife for mother's day, then they checked to see if they could offer a solution in store or come up with a better solution for our needs. They were very helpful with what made sense for my wife's uses and existing Pandora products.

I telephoned the day before and explained that I could not come to the store until the following day and Ashley said she would keep the merchandise aside for me. When I arrived at the store, it was put aside and the sales clerk (Deana) was able to locate it.
