Brigett, the Knoxville, TN sales leader at your Pandora store was very helpful, pleasant and professional. She took time to show me several pieces and made a number of suggestions which helped me decide what to purchase. I will definitely be returning to purchase Pandora items in the future.

Sales associate could not find item I was asking about. The associate was not aware the item was in the color I asked for. Then a new associate came over and took over my tansaction and I made a purchase.

Amanda spoke to me on the phone after I inquired about wanting to get the gold bracelet. She was so extremely professional and nice that I couldn’t wait to work with her. She listened to what I wanted and explained the sale with 25% off plus an additional 10% by opening a Pandora card. I bought the gold bracelet, a safety chain, 2 gold clips and 3 gold charms. My Pandora bracelet is stunning and I love it!!! Amanda is the reason I went to that store and I will continue to shop with her! Give her a big raise! Jo

Pandora has a beautiful selection of jewelry. Although Pandora is a very popular store, they always work quickly and elegantly so they can meet with each guest.

There were 2 associates in the store when I went in. Both of the associates were friendly and helpful. Both of the associates were willing to offer suggestions and look for possible charms for me.

As soon as i walked in the sales lady immediately came up to me and asked if i needed help. She easily found the correct ring i wanted. She also informed me of any accessories to go with the ring to layer on top of it which i also purchased.

My husband purchased me bangle bracelet along with two charms in 2016 in memory of my mother. Since having my bangle I experienced several instances of the clamp coming open on its own, which resulted in me losing 2 charms and a clip on two different occasions. It appears that my bangle was defected and after contacting Amanda (Manager) she asked me to come in to the store, so that she could take a look at the bracelet. She was very helpful and nice about replacing my bracelet and plans to contact corporate regarding the loss of my 2 charms and clip. I love my bangle bracelet because it makes me feel close to my mom, so it really meant a lot to me that Amanda was so kind about making sure that I could continue to wear my bracelet.
