The sales person that waited on me was so nice & friendly & found the charms I wanted very quickly & was very informative about the upcoming events & charms for the holidays . She is always so nice & helpful to me when I visit this store.

Sales associate was very helpful. My visit before this last visit wasn’t very pleasant.

Went in the store. Greeted immediately. Asked for what I needed and the sales associate got right to it.

Great, experienced sales staff. Knew exactly what was looking for and located it quickly. Cleaned and polished my very dirty bracelet and made it look new.

Clay was an excellent help in assisting me in finding the rings I wanted that I saw on the website. He literally hunted the entire store to find all of the color/style/size combinations so I could pick out my 3 rings (since they were buy 2 get one free). I do wish all of the styles I wanted to see were in stock, but apparently they have not kept enough on hand despite their popularity. Overall I had a great experience, and although I don’t live in Knoxville, when I am in the area again and looking to shop Pandora, I will look for Clay! Please give him a raise or bonus, great customer service is so hard to come by these days!

I asked a lady I met a week earlier where she got a bracelet she was wearing. She advised me that she bought it at Pandora. I went to Pandora and described the bracelet and the associate knew right away the bracelet I was talking about. I bought the bracelet and wore it out of the store. I love it and it is every thing I expected and more. I plan on buying one for my daughters as well.

I got a bracelet for my Girlfriend that I will give her for Christmas. I found a bracelet that has her favorite color and a charm of her favorite animal and flowers. The price was more than I expected but it was a fair price. The assistant was were nice and helpful but she was new so she had trouble finding charms and it took a couple minutes to check me out, which wasn't a big problem. I will definitely come back to Pandora to buy her a new charm for her birthday.
