I love Pandora. I feel the associate we worked with was likely new, and didn't know very much about the product(s) we were shopping for. She had to ask the manager to assist a few times. It wasn't any problem, I understand there is a learning curve, but it felt as though the majority of employees were only hired a couple of days prior to Black Friday, and hence there was no real training provided. We made a purchase, and are happy with the purchase; and will be back soon to purchase more Pandora jewelry!

I was greeted immediately upon entering the store. Our sales person was very helpful and friendly. She knew the products and when I told her what I was looking for she went immediately and pulled together several options that I could choose from. My husband was with me and she made both of us feel very comfortable with our shopping experience.

The associates that helped me were very friendly. They were also highly knowledgeable about the products. Not only that, but they also helped me with ideas for products to compliment my purchase.

Jane was very helpful and patient with my daughter who was very excited to see sparkly everything. Lizzie was absolutely awesome in answering questions and training Jane on a transaction she had never done before. I applied for a Pandora card on this visit and will be back next weekend for the 35% off sale for Christmas presents for family.

My wedding ring broke and I was looking for something simple and unique to replace it... On a budget. My experience from start to finish was fabulous. Our sales associate Kendahl was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She was so patient with my husband and I as we carefully looked over our options and then walked away to talk and make our final decision. Our experience was a phenomenal one and we love the ring we chose!
