I was Highly Satisfied at Pandora Store located in West Town Mall. The reasons were because the associates that assisted me were knowledgeable, they took the time to find out what I wanted and helped me to pick the best choices. The associates didn’t rush me in my choices and showed me many items that I could purchase in the future to go with what I bought that day.

The staff is always friendly and helpful with building my Pandora collection. I love Pandora jewelry and always gives Pandora as gifts. Pandora stands behind there products and great craftsmanship.

My sales clerk (Vandergriff) was really nice, friendly and welcoming she said she was new to Pandora (and so am) I which was no problem at all because when I asked her anything she was unsure about someone jumped in and helped right away. It was a nice experience.

I purchased four charms at a theme park for my daughter with the idea of creating a pandora bracelet to go with them. My sales associate, Alexandria, instantly took on the challenge of creating a Harry Potter themed bracelet for me. She was very creative and we worked together using various colors and charms to create the perfect bracelet.
