I was highly satisfied with my experience at Pandora due to the fact my return went very smoothly. I had been in the store at an earlier time and the store had received new merchandise since I was last their and I liked it very much. My sales associate,Taylor, was very kind and told me it was no problem to bring back my previous purchase and return it.

My sales associate, Taylor, was very nice and very knowledgeable. She was very beneficial in helping me pick out an acceptable Christmas present for my sister. I will be back to this Pandora store again and again and I will always ask for Taylor.
