The name of the person who helped me was Bonnie. She was FANTASTIC!!! She answered all of my questions, and in fact, it was because of her that I actually made a purchase! When I told her the charm I was buying was a birthday present, she put it in a box rather than in a pouch. I know that is small, but it was thoughtful, and I appreciated it. She was good at making pleasant small talk-- seemed interested in me, didn't talk about herself-- just an overall pleasant young woman. I really liked her and will shop there again.

I had to exchange a charm my son bought me for Christmas that I already had. We had the receipt so it was super easy. I also had a necklace with 3 charms that for personal reasons I was hoping I could exchange but I didn't have a receipt so I wasn't sure if it would be possible. I was amazed and how easy it was. My reason for needing to exchange was humiliating (cheating husband!)but the associate was so compassionate and understanding and helped me find a exactly what I wanted and gave me wonderful options. I was able to get something that I really wanted and had real meaning to me. It mad a uncomfortable situation very pleasing, and I was so thankful for that!

When I entered, I was acknowledged and offered assistance by Clay. Clay was very kind and patient and offered suggestions for my choice of charms. My bracelet was a Christmas gift and was too large. I exchanged it for a smaller size and purchased 4 charms at a sale price. I left very satisfied. I must say that Clay was a very good sales associate.

My sales associate was incredibly helpful. I had several items picked out of the catelog when I got there, and she was so patient with locating each one. She seemed very sincere in making sure I was satisfied with my choice.

So I went to 2 different stores to try to find the charm that I wanted but I couldn’t. They all did not have it. And they where sold out online too😢

Service was friendly. Had a little bit of a wait, but it was christmas time..definable overall satisfied. First time to shop Pandora.
