Friendly staff and manager was very friendly.

I could write more than the space provided about my visit to the Pandora Store in West Town Mall. It started with the call I made to find out if they had any Great Gatsby themed charms, Rachael said yes so I was on my way! Upon my arrival Rachael was assisting another customer so Jesse greeted me and when I told her I had called about Great Gatsby charms her face lit up and she quietly told Racheal I was there, as she pulled out a tray and told me after Rachael got off the phone with me a few of the ladies began gathering their charms with their Great Gatsby stories. WOW - I was over come with emotion - not just over the charms but the stories the ladies took time to present to me. I felt special and we all shared a moment in my story for my step daughter's Great Gatsby themed 40th Bday party. I selected 3 items, was extremely pleased. Bridget and a store manager on duty - sorry I didn't write down her name, also were part of my great time at Pandora this past Saturday! Sorry for the lengthy comment ... but after all isn't Pandora all about "The Story" Thanks ladies for making my story special! Over the moon appreciated each of you! Madison was very knowledgeable about products. She knew exactly what a my 13 year old daughter would like! Her sweet personality made my shopping experience even better!

Jessica the sales associate was extremely kind and helpful. She went above and beyond to assist a very tired and disappointed grandmother with a purchase for my granddaughter. She was patient and she continued to be apologetic for the charms I requested not being in stock. I’ll order online from now on. Thank you.

Madison greeted us when we entered the Pandora store and worked with us thru the process of selection of a bracelet and charms. She helped us make choices and tried to give us the best value for our dollar. She was genuine, friendly and very knowledgeable. We will definitely buy all out additional merchandise from this store and hopefully from Madison.
