I was told that there was only one friendship charm available. Item purchased was listed at one price ($35.00), and I was charged another (50.00). Then given a discount which brought the charm back to the original price (35.00). This is not a good business practice as I never asked for a discount to begin with.

Tried to have two bracelets cleaned. Associate rudely told me I should have come earlier even though it was 40 min from closing and give sales associates were standing doing nothing and no other customers in sight. Never treated like this in a number of other Pandora stores highly disappointing

I was completely ignored for approximately 10 min. One of the associates finished with her client and instead of asking me if i needed helo, she went ahead to box an item another associate sold. Im latin , not blonde like the majority ehere i live, but, for the first time i felt looked down on. Very disappointed with tje service at this store. Will never go back.

Recently, my boyfriend and I went to the Pandora at West Hills Mall in Knoxville, TN to pick out a Christmas gift for me. I gave him my Classic Elegance Ring, Clear CZ 196250CZ to get cleaned here, while he picked out a gift for me. I have had this ring for only 9 months and the associate suggested that my boyfriend buy a new one in addition to my gift because it was cloudy, which ultimately led to her selling him the Classic Elegance Ring, Clear CZ 190946CZ, which is noticeably smaller. The associate did a poor job of cleaning my ring resulting in the cloudiness, and I feel that she wanted to take advantage of my boyfriend by convincing him my ring, which is not even a year old, needs to be replaced. Not to mention, she didn’t even replace it with the right ring. After finding this out, I immediately had my boyfriend return the ring and I cleaned my ring myself. It was like new. Now, I do not trust the associates at Pandora at all. The name on my receipt for the sales associate is Sierra.

The salesperson was very rude. I asked her to show me only 3 items and finally bought the third one but every time I asked her to show me something she used to frown and then mutter something! She didn't help me at all by showing me similar items to help me with the decision. I have been a regular customer of Pandora in the past 4-5 years and have bought many gifts for my wife (for anniversaries, birthdays, Christmas, etc.) but I have never been treated so disrespectfully before. As a shy person, I didn't say anything and just bought the item and left but I was so disappointed. In my previous experiences at Pandora, they usually help me with choosing an item, they show me a lot of different or similar items, they always say something nice at the end, ask me about how I want the item to be gift-packaged, etc. But this time, it was so bad. The lady seemed to be new and not trained at all!! I feel that it was an exception as I have never experienced something like this before at Pandora but the whole experience was very disappointing. In the end, she put the item in a bag, left it on the table and then moved away while singing/muttering although the store was not crowded at all.

The associate was very unprofessional. The store was extremely congested and they were taking names for service. The lady taking names was extremely rude and told me I could leave the store. I told her she was really very rude. If not for being further embarrassment, I would have pursued the conversation. The door greeter had not customer focus for sure.

One of the items I purchased was left out of my bag, when I arrived home to discover it I called the store. I live 2 hrs. away and they verified my item had been left out of my bag. This was on Monday, I was told it would be Thursday before I could expect any contact from the store and they wouldn't say if mailing the $40.00 item was really an option. so i called back on Tuesday hoping to speak to management and I did but she said she wasn't sure if or when the item would be sent to me, but she would talk to another manager and get back to me by Thursday, Thursday!! I have bought several items from that store and online just this year and I don't understand why it is taking more than 10 minutes to resolve this and mail my item to me since it was the employee's fault and it was clear it had happened. I'm not upset that she left it out, it was a mistake but a company that is this successful should not hesitate to resolve a matter as simple as this.
